Beneath a vine covered pergola
Laughter and tinkling
Can be heard
Bubbles effervesce
While the sun made
Its post-meridian
Journey west
The golden glow
It left behind
Bathed the landscape
In empyreal light
A most delectable
Ambiance
For an afternoon
Of champagne
And delights
